However, as in almost everything other thing in life, it is the little things that help complete the picture.

Our hands are very complex and sensitive, and they play a very important role in appearing feminine. It is very easy to spot the difference between and man and woman’s hand. Beginner crossdressers don’t realise the importance until they’re all dolled up and look in the mirror to see their manly hands staring back at them.

If that is you, do not stress. In this article we will explain a few things that you should start implementing from today to help make your hands appear more feminine. We will explain everything down to the silliest detail so that there is no room for confusion. The techniques that we will be covering today are shaving, moisturizing, nail cutting, jewellery and a few other things that will help you get the results you are looking for. So, let’s get right to it.

Some steps to get more feminine hands for crossdressing

The common stereotype for manly hands is that they are dirty, scratched, scabbed, bruised and overall unclean. While this may be considered a desired trait for a man’s hands, it is literally the complete opposite of what the desired female’s hand should look like. Therefore, make sure to clean your hands in the following three steps. These may seem trivial to you now but trust use when we say it makes a huge difference in the end result.

1.Have clean hands

First, wash your hands.

That’s right, we are starting off nice and easy and addressing a fundamental task that men usually don’t even think twice about. Turn on the water tap and run your hands under it. Next, apply soap and rub your hands together. Not just your palm, but the top of your hands, in-between your fingers, under your fingernails and up to your wrist. Use warm water to start with and finish it off with cold water to close your pores. Don’t use hot water as that can cause irritation which will not result in smooth skin.

Second, exfoliate your hands.

You may not know this, but the top layer of our skin has dead layer of skin cells. This makes your skin look ugly and old. Exfoliating the skin helps to give it a younger, fresher look. This also helps to absorb healthy nutrients from moisturizers that will help the long-term health of your skin.

Before you cover your hands in the exfoliating agent, make sure to test a small corner of your skin to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. When applying the exfoliating gel or cream, make sure to rub it in gentle circles to avoid skin irritation.

Finally, cut your fingernails.

Regardless of what you do for a job, dirt and grime gets collected under long fingernails. Short fingernails will prevent them from turning black with all the dirt under it. Keeping your nails trimmed will also help you attach fake nails on top of your real ones. Female fingernails are slender and pointed while men’s nails are squarer or more rounded. Since you won’t achieve that naturally, fake nails are your best option.

2.Use moisturizer on your hands

Our hands go through a lot. We lift things, move things, hold onto things, wash dishes and leave it exposed to all the elements every day of the year. This can take a toll on your skin, leaving it rough and dry by the end of the day.

The way to address this is to moisturize every time you wash your hands. This can be when you shower in the morning or night, wash your hands after every meal, sanitize your hands after touching something, make sure you moisturize your hands. This will mean you need to invest in a small carry-size bottle of moisturizing cream.

When applying the cream, make sure to rub a generous amount and the rub it gently and slowly from the top of your fingers all the way to your wrist. Your hands go through a lot of rough treatment throughout the day, rubbing moisturizer in a rough manner will not help it recover. Treat your body with love.

3.Wear feminine jewellery

In this day and age, you can find a lot more men wearing jewellery than ever before. What used to be exclusively for women and male rock stars is now becoming more mainstream, which is amazing news for crossdressers & transgenders. However, you still need to be careful of the type of jewellery you wear.

Men’s jewellery tend to be big, thick rings, necklaces and earring that acts as another shower of power and dominance. Female jewellery choices are more subtle, small and dainty to present a sense of innocence.

Female jewellery is also more vibrant and colourful whereas men tend to choose black, silver or gold. However, make sure not to exceed more than three colours when picking your crossdressing jewellery.

4.Wear feminine hand gloves

The final option available to all crossdressers & transgenders looking to have more feminine hands is to buy silicone female gloves. These cover the length of your arm and it works perfectly to cover your arm hair and any other scars and prominent discolouring on your hands. Some gloves come with painted nails to add to the overall effect. They work great and are available in different colours to match a variety of skin tones.
