If a small tear occurs in a silicone breast forms or silicone bodysuit, yes you can repair it!

You can stitch it together (preferably with a thread of a similar color), spread a silicone glue on it, lay a strip of skin-colored mesh over the torn area.

Then add another layer of silicone glue over it.
