How to crossdress better

Many of us spend the whole working week hustling and trying to make money to survive in the crazy capitalistic world that we currently live in. Spending so much time working leaves very little time for us to do much else during the week. When it comes to the weekend, we tend to use up the Saturday to do something fun like catch up with friends and family. Or spend Sunday mentally preparing to go back to another excruciating week of work.

Being so busy, most of us struggle to make time to learn to hone our skill of crossdressing. Yes, you read that right. Crossdressing is a skill that needs to be developed through days and days of practice. Not spending enough time learning this skill will make it hard for you when you do have a huge occasion that you would like to doll up for but don’t have the skills required to do so.

What do you do first when it comes to crossdressing? How do you apply makeup? How do you shop for your body type? How do you act like a lady when you step outside your house as your alter ego? You would know all these answers if you spent a little time every day at work learning and practicing your craft until it becomes second nature to you.

To help you get to that point. We have written a few tips that you should incorporate into your working week to help you become more confident in yourself when it comes to crossdressing.

Make use of your spare time to crossdress

There are two mind-numbing things that we do throughout the day without even realising how much time we waste doing it. They are traveling and scrolling through social media.

Let’s talk about travelling first. We spend hours travelling to and from work, school and university without being productive during that time. Add all your travel time per week, and you will realise that you are wasting days out of your life doing nothing but moving from one location to another.

Take that time back into your hands and use it to expand your knowledge or anything that might help you crossdress better. Makeup tips, dress-up tips, clothing tips, saving money tips are all topics you can spend time researching. There are countless blog articles available on our website and many more YouTube videos available to get a better visual of certain things like learning how to walk like a woman.

Next, we have social media. How many times have you opened up Instagram just to see if anyone has liked or commented on your recent post and ended up down a rabbit hole a few hours later with no idea how you got there? Social media is another time waster that we need to be aware of and understand how we should use it to our advantage.

Instead of mindlessly scrolling through multiple posts, purposefully research hashtags that are relevant to crossdressing better. These can be general crossdressing tips by other crossdressers. Makeup tips, fashion hacks, popular female trends, crossdressing friendly bars in your area, etc. The amount of knowledge out there available on the internet is amazing. Grab this opportunity with both hands and learn a little bit every day, and 6 months down the track. You will be able to do things you never even dreamed of doing.

Fit something crossdressing related into your routine

There are certain things you do that have become a part of your daily routine. And you can now do them with your eyes closed. Start incorporating something crossdressing-related into your daily routine. Soon you will be treating it the same way. Here are some things you can include:

Wearing a thong or panty every day is an easy first step in the path to crossdressing better. Not only is it exciting to wear a panty as a man while amongst your clueless colleagues. But you also learn to become more comfortable in them for your next night out. During the day, you can either wear male boxers/briefs on top of the thong. Or be extra brave and only wear the thong under your pants.

Start using lip balm every day. Lip balms have become more acceptable for men to do as it has a practical use of addressing dry lips. However, the added benefit for us is applying lip balm every day will help you learn the shape of your lips better. When it comes to rubbing lipstick when crossdressing, you will have a much easier time applying it.

Another item of clothing that you can wear every day in secret is shapewear. Shapewear, if you didn’t already know, helps to give your body the desired hourglass figure. It brings in your torso area to make your hips look wider, which is a highly desired trait by females. Due to its restrictive nature, wearing it for long periods of time takes a bit of getting used to. Which is what you can do when you wear it for a few hours every day at work.

Learn to shave a lot more than your face

Shaving off the hair of your chest, arms, and legs is a great way to feel more feminine in your everyday life. People generally don’t notice small details like that, although it matters a lot to us as crossdressers.

However, if you have never shaved your body before, this can be a fear that you need to overcome. Start by shaving your chest first. Then you can slowly move onto your limbs when you feel confident enough. This won’t happen overnight as it is something most of us have to build up the courage to do so the first time.

Once you get the first full-body shave out of the way, you will need to incorporate it into your daily routine to prevent the hairs from growing too long. This will make it much easier to get ready on the weekends as you have one less thing to worry about if you do it throughout the week.

Let’s go over all the points again.

To learn to crossdress better, you can do a few things every day to help you. Take some time every day while travelling. Or scrolling through social media to watch videos and read up blogs to learn something new every day that is relevant to improving your crossdressing skills. Next, wear something every day to help get comfortable in feminine clothing such as thongs or shapewear. Finally, slowly build up the courage to shave your whole body but start with one part of your body at a time.

Use these tips for the next few months, and when you look back. You will realise how far doing these little things every day has taken you. Good luck on your crossdressing journey. Don’t forget to check out all our articles to learn more about the beautiful world of crossdressers.
